The Adventures of Tom Lawyer: Justice Law Mercy in Appalachia

Justice Mercy and Law in Appalachia

by Tom Kimball

$5.99

This memoir follows Tom Kimball, a public defender who represents people accused of crimes in Appalachia. Many are guilty, others are not. Every case, every crime pushes Tom to be the best he can be at a job that is sometimes seen as the lowest rung of the Justice ladder. Tom applies his passion, instinct, and desire to serve the needy to thrive and survive as a flatlander in the mountains. It takes more than a law degree to fight for the needy, the unpopular, and even the despised.
